Even with the summer time making way for the fall breezes, cute boots, and trendy accessories, some of us (particularly me) are not yet quite ready to let go of the summer. In fact, as I write this, I refuse to put on panty hose with this skirt, my feet are stubbornly adorned in brown flip flops instead of more sensible loafers, and I’m dreaming about sugar cane skewers of grilled shrimp over a summer papaya salad. Sigh. Maybe I just need an island vacation.
